About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife, a leading plasma donation center. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of plasma donations, while providing exceptional customer service to our donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma donations
  • Screen donors for eligibility and monitor their health during the donation process
  • Operate and maintain plasmapheresis equipment, ensuring proper setup and troubleshooting
  • Stock supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS) and coordinate donor scheduling
  • Support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and stand for long periods
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or laboratory setting
