Financial Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Advisor to join our team at Alera Group in Connecticut. As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to help grow our office and meet one-on-one with company leads generated from workshops, referrals, and TV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new client onboarding and meet with established clients to grow and enhance existing relationships
  • Provide financial planning advice, including investment, insurance, and retirement solutions to existing clients and prospects
  • Manage and retain strong client relationships, communicating the full range of our services and capabilities
  • Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems, including our CRM

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
  • Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7&66 required
  • CFP designation preferred
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
