As a Financial Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for executing Record to Report (RTR) EMEA tasks within the Financial Shared Service functions in accordance with Group Policies, local and US GAAP requirements, agreed service level agreements, and key performance indicators. You will actively participate in the development of the team, helping with possible implementations/system changes, transition of activities, and collaborate in the continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure a streamlined and efficient team over the regional FSS functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Full ownership of Month End Closing activities including reporting in HFM and variance reviews
* Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline
* First point of contact for corporate and FP&A for the entity/s in charge
* Full ownership on audits and first point of contact for auditors, responsible to make sure all the deliverables are met on time
* Cash forecast actuals
* Monitor travel expenses on Chrome River
* Responsible to monitor all FA related activities (additions, disposals, capex, depreciations)
* Responsible to monitor tax payment according to schedules provided by tax department
* Responding to a significant number of ad hoc queries, and analysis as required, prioritizing work effectively to ensure that these queries are responded to on a timely basis

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
* Over 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience required
* Advanced Excel skills with experience of building and working with complex models and large data sets.
* Experience with SAP (JDE and HFM is a plus)
* Accounting role in FSS in large, listed, multinational company is desirable
* SOX experience
