We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Central Pool team as a Nursing Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing patient care based on individual needs and treatment plans.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients">
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to establish patient care goals">
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation">
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of one to two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting">
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)">
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications through AHA or Red Cross">
  • Job/department-related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description">
