Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of Med-Surg experience to join our team. In this role, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care. You will also assist with admission and discharge processes, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance, and support an unparalleled patient experience.

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • 3-5 years of Med-Surg experience

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. Please note that salary ranges may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
