About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple business units within our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and metrics, and participate in team selling initiatives to drive business results.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including handling cash transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
