Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide the best possible shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags according to register best practices.
