Your Role: In this position, you will play a vital role in providing personalized service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and authentic manner to foster relationships.
  • Measuring feet and recommending suitable footwear styles.
  • Assisting customers in trying on shoes to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Informing customers about store events and new arrivals.
  • Enrolling customers in our rewards program to enhance their shopping experience.

Your expertise in footwear and customer service will be essential in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A passion for retail and sales; previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • A team-oriented mindset and a love for shoes.

Work Schedule: This role requires availability for shifts from 2 pm to 7 pm, two to three days a week, with some weekend hours as necessary, totaling 15-20 hours weekly.
