Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Computer Systems Engineer. As a Computer Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, building, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing desktops and laptops, as well as network equipment such as routers, switches, cables, and related network hardware.

You will also be responsible for instructing users in the use of personal computers and networks, installing, setting up, and troubleshooting computer peripherals such as headphones, keyboards, mice, speakers, and monitors, and assisting in connecting new devices to a client's network.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile OS and apps on mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, Android phones, and tablets.

This is a mid-level position, but we are willing to train the right candidate to become an advanced-level computer systems engineer.


Qualified candidates will:

Possess a current CompTIA A+ Certification, or be able to attain their A+ Certification within 90 days from start date or provide equivalent experience and knowledge.

Possess a valid driver's license, maintain valid insurance, a good driving record, have a reliable personal car, and be willing to drive up to 100 miles per day to work orders.

Possess the ability to lift products up to 50lbs.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Maintain a clean and professional work environment, including being on-time for work, taking detailed technical notes of all work performed, and being responsive to communication from other team members.

Multitask while upholding quality and integrity of work.

Have the ability to work a flexible schedule which can include Saturdays.
