We are seeking a Retail Store Manager who will infuse creativity and leadership into our team. Reporting to the District Manager, the primary focus will be to implement effective retail strategies and oversee store operations to drive financial success and maintain brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

DRIVE BUSINESS SUCCESS

Lead profitable sales initiatives and achieve store financial objectives through strategic decision-making and team leadership; demonstrate strong business insight by aligning with organizational goals and effectively managing resources in collaboration with the District Manager. Collaborate with the District Manager to develop adaptive business strategies and initiatives, ensuring clear communication of goals to the team while monitoring performance to meet or exceed sales targets.

CULTIVATE A DIVERSE ENVIRONMENT

Oversee the training process for new and existing employees, focusing on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, customer service practices, and store policies. Implement performance management tools effectively, including annual reviews, to set expectations, coach team members, and foster an engaging work environment that promotes retention and talent development. Participate in recruitment and make informed decisions regarding hiring, compensation, and termination for store management positions.

ENSURE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Adhere to all Levi's Stores policies and procedures. Achieve operational goals by managing store procedures, payroll, schedules, cash handling, and inventory control, while adapting to changing business conditions based on sales performance. Lead the execution of visual merchandising and promotional events to maximize financial outcomes, ensuring compliance with visual standards for product presentation. Supervise store opening and closing processes, including cash management and securing the facility.

EXEMPLIFY LEADERSHIP

Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all store tasks are completed efficiently. Communicate effectively with the management team to align business strategies and foster an environment that encourages engagement and adaptability.

FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Create an engaging store atmosphere by actively interacting with customers and modeling exemplary service behaviors for associates. Address customer concerns proactively, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and prioritizes customer satisfaction.

ACT WITH URGENCY

Maintain the store's interior and exterior appearance in collaboration with corporate resources, ensuring aesthetic and safety standards are met. Train staff on new processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Ensure timely completion of store tasks by actively participating and guiding team members as needed.

Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated collaboration and alignment with the company's culture of inclusion and belonging. Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new initiatives. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capability to perform essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds and engaging in physical activities as required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive retail leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a management role, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism. High school diploma or GED preferred.
