Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a reputable school district in California. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
