Job Summary

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, vendors, and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Requests: Process in-person, phone, and written requests for services to be performed by the various trades within the Physical Properties Department.
  • Generate Work Orders: Generate initial work orders and schedules requests.
  • Process Invoices: Create invoices when service work is completed.
  • Resolve Issues: Research customer accounts and respond about service or invoices. Resolve all problems, including billing discrepancies and service complaints, by the agreed-upon resolution date.
  • Liaise with Trades: Act as liaison with the foreman of the various trades within the Physical Properties Department.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare and maintain service schedules for the various trades within the Physical Properties Department.
  • Customer Service: Promote excellent customer service with every interaction with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. An Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to use MS Office and database management software. Ability to deal with vendors, internal customers, and residents with tact, patience, and courtesy. Ability to read, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to identify and meet customers' needs and requirements. Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills and be able to perform multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
