Job Title: Full Time Instructor

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in New Jersey, seeks a highly qualified Full Time Instructor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced educator to participate in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of education and training programs for hospital associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, nursing, and/or health-related fields, with a proven track record of successful teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education and training programs for hospital associates
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify education needs and develop targeted training programs
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to nursing staff on quality improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in education and healthcare
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, Nursing, and/or Health Related Field
  • Post-master's certificate in education
  • Five years of experience in acute care clinical services
  • Two years of experience in professional development/education
  • Two years of experience in EBP and Research
  • Successful completion of all Orientation Programs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ED, Maternal-Child, and/or telemetry experience
  • Specialty Board Certification
  • Proof of publication
