- Safety and Security: Ensure ongoing security measures are in place, safeguarding properties, tenants, and visitors.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine property inspections, overseeing work orders and preventative maintenance programs.
- Financial Management: Review and understand monthly financials, inputting invoices for approval, and leading the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Construction Management: Manage tenant improvement construction projects, overseeing architectural drawings, contractor bids, and timelines.
- Four-year college degree required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Three to four years of professional experience in commercial real estate property management, construction management, team leadership, and leasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Property Management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Event planning experience is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions, and maintain an elevated level of professionalism and productivity.
- Ability to bring positive, creative energy to the job, while being a self-starter, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
