Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fine Dining Bartender to join our team at Goode Company Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, working closely with our Sommelier and Beverage Director to maintain a sophisticated craft cocktail program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in all beverage and service tasks, maintaining a high level of knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine.
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day needs of the beverage program, including bar operations, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Provide continued education for our team, ensuring a confident and gracious environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of high-volume bartending experience in fine dining or upscale lounge settings.
  • Ability to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of food and beverages.
  • Previous involvement in a sophisticated craft cocktail program.
  • Availability: Available for dinner service, one weekly lunch shift, and an extra day for R&D and prep.
  • Proficient communication with all business departments, guests, and vendors, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.
