Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee legal entities and carry out internal funding transactions.
  • Work in conjunction with colleagues to allocate funds from budgets and transfer money between various internal accounts.
  • Be part of a team of four, including a Senior Analyst, concentrating on third-party payments.
  • Employ the Treasury Management System (Quantum) for cash oversight activities.
  • Experience with any cash management system, such as Kyriba, is essential.
  • Receive and reconcile bank statements to maintain fundamental cash management accuracy.
  • Generate reports, transfer cash, and balance end-of-day transactions to ensure correctness.
  • Analyze reports to monitor payments dispatched to different accounts/teams on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Utilize a separate bank portal to ascertain the categorization and utilization of funds.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quantum is a plus.
  • Basic coding knowledge is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or related sectors within banking or financial institutions.
  • Experience managing large value payments (in millions).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including navigation and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
