Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the reporting process for our ERP System, sales reporting software, and intranet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit output data from Eclipse Report Writer, SQL Server, Excel, or Access computer processing systems.
  • Create data queries and reports using commonly used database concepts, practices, and procedures within Eclipse.
  • Maintain data for Sales and Data Reporting.
  • Identify and resolve production-related errors in the reporting process.
  • Communicate with the appropriate department when processing source data of system errors.
  • Analyze EDI/VMI implementations and test their functionality.
  • Run Excel and Microsoft Access macros to automate tasks.
  • Serve as a back-up to the Eclipse Administrator.
  • Assist in business systems analysis of ERP-related projects.
Requirements
  • Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have experience running Excel and Access Macros.
  • Have knowledge of the Eclipse ERP System.
  • Familiarity with commonly used database concepts, practices, and procedures within Eclipse.
  • Strong analysis capabilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
