Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DBT Therapist to join our team. As a DBT Therapist, you will work closely with clients to develop effective coping strategies and provide individual therapy sessions.

About the Role

  • Provide individual therapy sessions to approximately 20 clients.
  • Co-lead DBT skills classes.
  • Write timely, well-organized chart notes.
  • Attend weekly supervision and consultation meetings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education in evidence-based therapies.

Requirements

  • A Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
  • At least one year of experience providing individual DBT, preferably in a comprehensive program.
  • Comfort working with high-risk, suicidal, or substance-using clients.

Licensure

  • A license to practice in Colorado as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Professional Counselor.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
