Job Overview

**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Lewiston

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee our special education program for students enrolled in our education center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience in developing and implementing effective behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments to identify the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop strong relationships and provide training to staff on effective applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the child.
  • Supervise Behavior Health Professionals (BHPs) as required.

Requirements:

  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
