Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assess client needs and offer insurance options to meet those needs
- Process changes for existing clients and correct billing issues
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
- Meet with clients in person to service and sell insurance products
- Assist with walk-in clients and new business opportunities
- Property and Casualty License
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the P&C insurance field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive hourly rate of $17-$22 per hour, plus monthly commission based on sales
- Unlimited earning potential through commission
- Bonuses based on performance and time with the company
