Job Description

We are looking for a talented Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team at LPC Personnel, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The role involves a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, including coordinating office operations, managing schedules, and maintaining records. The candidate will also be responsible for processing accounts payable/receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office operations and manage schedules.

- Process accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.

- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining budgets.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in administrative and/or accounting roles.

- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
