We take pride in our personalized approach, which emphasizes self-determination and nurtures a sense of community and belonging for everyone.
With over twenty years of experience, Full Life Hawaii has become a trusted resource for individuals seeking to lead self-directed lives. Qualifications:
We seek individuals who possess the skills necessary to provide compassionate support and care to individuals with disabilities. Our ideal candidate is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and is committed to delivering exceptional assistance. While prior experience in a related field is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
Essential Requirements:

- No prior work experience is necessary; we will provide training and development for the right candidate.
- As a Community Support Specialist, you will typically work in participants' homes and within the community. The role may involve sitting, using your hands, speaking, listening, and performing repetitive motions. You may occasionally need to lift up to 20 lbs. or more, and there may be some bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, standing, reaching, walking, driving, traveling, kneeling, and crouching involved, depending on the participant's needs.
