About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our outpatient autism services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the intake process for potential patients, conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, and generating and maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Develop and implement function-based treatment plans, monitor progress, and make modifications as needed.
  • Communicate with parents, educators, insurance companies, and other professionals regarding progress and submit required documentation.
  • Manage data collection software, complete data review, documentation, and reports.
  • Provide clinical oversight for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Analysts.
  • Develop and lead new staff training in behavioral teaching methods, functional assessment, behavior measurement, data collection, and interpretation.
  • Manage clinical operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with government health regulations, JCAHO guidelines, quality requirements, and customer service standards.
  • Analyze programs and make improvements.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in applying behavioral assessment, creating and implementing function-based treatment plans, and working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and strategies used with children with ASD.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-7 years in outpatient settings.
  • High level of expertise in staff training, communicating with staff and parents, and leading and working collaboratively with teams.
