Business Development Associate

At Calypso Marketing, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development and has excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for attending necessary training sessions, maintaining professionalism with customers and store-front management, and offering relevant products and services based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and support during in-store interactions at large-name retailers
- Learn the basics of direct marketing, sales, and our client services for our retail clients by attending daily meetings and webinars
- Represent our clients by being the name, face, and personality behind the product and services
- Practice transparent communication with the sales team to address customer's needs
- Input confidential customer sales lead information accurately and promptly
- Prior management, team lead, customer service, or retail industry experience preferred but not required
- Must be driven and passionate
- Able to maintain deadlines and adjust as needed based on client demand
- Full-time hours with flexible times
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
