Job Description

We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator for our esteemed client.

Position Title: Procurement Coordinator

Location: Remote with occasional office presence

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $28.90/hr - $33.90/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the acquisition of goods and services while adhering to established procurement guidelines.
  • Develop and prepare bid documentation for the sourcing of materials and services.
  • Publish bids on relevant public procurement platforms.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and summarize bids received, forwarding them to the relevant department for award recommendations.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for the approval of awards.
  • Ensure that purchase orders and contract files are accurately maintained and complete.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Inventory Purchasing team.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to expedite order fulfillment and maintain an updated tracking system.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Occasional responsibilities may include support in the Mail Room.
  • Work schedule includes a hybrid model with three days in the office.
