Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our sales and operations teams in achieving outstanding results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate sales and operations teams to achieve performance targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with district managers and other stakeholders to launch new products and services

Requirements
