We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team at SSM Health. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors dialysis nursing and supports staffing during assigned shift.
- Assesses daily dialysis patient care needs and develops and distributes patient care assignments.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes for the dialysis patient.
- Participates in quality improvement activities to include collection of data for the dialysis unit's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) plan and maintains ownership of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- Minimum one year of registered nurse dialysis experience.
