Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage new and existing inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely restocking.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning, to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • A leadership mindset, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, with a strong physical presence and stamina.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving.
