Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Atlanta Women's Health Group, P.C.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures
  • Interview patients to obtain and record medical history, vital statistics, and test results
  • Assist physicians and mid-level providers during patient examinations and in-office procedures
  • Perform routine urinalysis, draw blood, assist with dressing changes, and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
  • Triage patient phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain medical supplies, clean and sterilize equipment, and dispose of contaminated materials
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/GYN practice; eClinical Works (eCW) EMR experience a plus
  • Professional Medical Assistant Certification required; Basic Life Support/CPR certification preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
