Position Overview:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a variety of beverages and assisting patrons in their food and drink selections. Your role is to provide guests with prompt, friendly service while crafting both classic and inventive drinks that surpass their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to established recipes.
• Deliver exceptional guest service within the theater environment.
• Engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions to ensure outstanding service.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu; address inquiries regarding menu items and drink selections.
• Utilize a personable sales approach; provide insights on popular menu items and suggest additional food and drink pairings.
• Comply with all company standards and guidelines for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain an accurate cash register throughout your shift and account for any discrepancies in the final cash drawer tally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred, or at least 1 year in food service or hospitality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and beverages is essential.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is recommended.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both with colleagues and management.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts from morning to late night.
• This position requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
