Position Overview:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting beverages and assisting patrons in their food and drink selections. Your role will involve delivering prompt and friendly service while creating both classic and innovative drinks that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to company standards.
  • Provide a consistently high level of guest service within the theater environment.
  • Engage with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions to ensure outstanding service.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu; respond to inquiries regarding menu items and drink selections.
  • Utilize a comfortable and genuine sales approach; offer insights on popular menu items and suggest additional food and drink pairings.
  • Adhere to all company policies and standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift and account for any discrepancies in the final tally.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred, or at least 1 year in food service or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and beverages is essential.
  • Experience with point of sale systems is recommended.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and shifts that may extend from morning to late night.
  • This position requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
