Position Overview:

As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages and assisting patrons in their food and drink selections. Your role is to provide guests with prompt and friendly service while creating both classic and inventive drinks that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, garnish, and serve beverages according to established recipes.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service consistently within the theater environment.
  • Engage effectively with multiple guests, prioritizing interactions and ensuring outstanding service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu; address inquiries regarding menu items and drink options.
  • Utilize a friendly sales approach; provide insights on popular menu items and suggest additional food and drink pairings.
  • Comply with all company policies and standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shifts and account for any discrepancies in the final tally.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred prior experience as a Bartender or at least 1 year in food service/hospitality.
  • Essential knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and beverages.
  • Experience with point of sale systems is recommended.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with co-workers and management.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and various shifts.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
