Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide weekend care services in Spokane County. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while enjoying a flexible schedule.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
You will work independently in the client's home, which requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a caring and empathetic individual who enjoys helping others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services
- Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with administration (if necessary)
- Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred but not required
- Honest, energetic, and approachable individual with a caring heart
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
