Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane, WA. This part-time position averages 24 hours per week, working an 8-hour night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong observation and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret cardiac rhythms.

Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for constant observation of central station cardiac monitors, as well as arrhythmia interpretation and documentation related to cardiac rhythms. You will work under the direction of the Charge Nurse/ANM, providing critical support to our nursing team.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need coursework/training in arrhythmia recognition and a passing score of 85% on the arrhythmia exam, with 100% on lethal arrhythmias. A background in healthcare or a related field is highly desirable.
