As a Flight Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every passenger has a memorable experience. This includes adapting to diverse customer-facing scenarios, resolving issues with empathy and understanding, and promoting United's values of inclusivity and excellence.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you'll be required to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. However, you'll also have the opportunity to explore new cultures and destinations, making your job a unique blend of adventure and service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll also need to be comfortable with technology, able to operate electronic devices, and have a valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience in the service industry
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
  • Ability to read and speak Dutch language fluently
  • Pass a functional reach assessment
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, stretch, reach, lift heavy objects, and push and pull beverage cart
  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check
  • Valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity
