Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Airport Ambassador to join our team at Global Parking Systems in Houston. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting passengers to and from the airport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of cart interiors.
  • Perform routine checks on batteries, log trip counts, and assist passengers as needed.
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure of passengers, adhering to schedules and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns passengers may have.
  • Report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate with the garage office regarding debris, water, oil spills, and other issues.
  • Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Facility Manager on various tasks and duties.

Requirements:

  • Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable DMV record.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic arithmetic operations using American money.
