Warehouse Associate

Our client in the logistics and supply chain industry is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the distribution team supporting outbound and inbound responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Cameron, MO

Pay Range: $18.83/hour

What's the Job?

• Pick and move parts of varying sizes and weights up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts at higher level racking locations requiring normal depth perception, agility, and balance
• Consolidate group totes of product on carts to stage for packing
• Select appropriate packaging material to transport product to customer
• Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of work area
• Sort product of various sizes and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away
• Verify quality and quantity of parts received and put away in the proper location

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Willingness to undergo training for equipment operation
• GED or diploma preferred, but not required
• No theft or violent criminal histories
• Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform outbound and inbound responsibilities on a repetitive basis
• Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of a WMS (Warehouse Management system) is a plus
