Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and experienced General Manager specializing in Mechanical/HVAC to lead our engineering division. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Mechanical/HVAC department, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Manage daily operations, project oversight, and maintenance functions of the Mechanical/HVAC team.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, standards, and procedures to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to guarantee exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee departmental budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering skill development.
  • Monitor departmental performance and present insights and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity within the Engineering sector, particularly in Mechanical/HVAC.
  • Demonstrated success in operations management.
  • Strong technical expertise in Mechanical/HVAC systems and maintenance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, project management, and organization.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Familiarity with various software and tools relevant to Mechanical/HVAC and operations management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage change effectively.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
