We are in search of a proactive and experienced General Manager specializing in Mechanical/HVAC to lead our engineering division. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity within the Engineering sector, particularly in Mechanical/HVAC.
  • Demonstrated success in operations management.
  • Strong technical expertise in Mechanical/HVAC systems and maintenance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, project management, and organization.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Familiarity with various software and tools relevant to Mechanical/HVAC and operations management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
