Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead projects and project teams successfully from qualification to closeout, ensuring all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professionally within established budgets and timeframes.
- Establish project execution plans and provide scheduling and coordination for each project, collaborating with Superintendents and field teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Identify project risks and potential issues, developing and executing recovery action plans to mitigate them.
- Manage project financials, reviewing and approving invoices, tracking budget variance, job cost, and productivity, and reporting on financial performance.
- Negotiate change orders successfully and act as the key point of contact with customers and end-user owners, managing and developing customer and subcontractor relationships.
- Develop and manage a high-performance team, providing mentorship and training to employees to ensure growth and development.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting principles necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects. You should have experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, you should possess a history of successfully leading teams and be passionate about developing and growing employees to their full potential.

Additionally, you should have thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting principles necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects.
