Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Program in Physical Therapy
  • Licensure and Registration in Arizona
  • CPR certification
  • At least six months of experience as a Physical Therapist
