Our goal is to address a broad array of human needs with our services, including working with clients and their families, communication training, skill building, coping skills training, family work, therapeutic counseling, behavioral therapy, cultural diversity, and activities that increase and build upon each client and their family's strengths.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated mental health therapist who is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a positive personality, great people skills, a great attitude, be upbeat, energetic, organized, and a hard worker to keep up with the pace. We are looking for someone flexible and willing to provide services to varying ages of individuals at our Napa Clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Develop client-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality and ethical mental and behavioral health therapies
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills
  • Be highly organized with the ability to multitask
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work or closely related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university
  • Current California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
  • Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations
