About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated mental health therapist who is friendly and welcoming to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a positive personality, great people skills, a great attitude, be upbeat, energetic, organized, and a hard worker to keep up with the pace. We are looking for someone flexible and willing to provide services to varying ages of individuals at our Napa Clinic.
Responsibilities- Develop client-centered treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality and ethical mental and behavioral health therapies
- Work well as part of a team
- Have excellent writing and communication skills
- Be highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work or closely related behavioral science field from an accredited college or university
- Current California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Ability to meet contract requirements and relevant regulations
