Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Graphics Production Assistant to join our team. As a Graphics Production Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and editing files in Adobe Illustrator, assisting with prototype file creation, and supporting the Laser and Sublimation production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and editing files in Adobe Illustrator
  • Assisting with prototype file creation with internal development team
  • Supporting the Laser and Sublimation production teams by troubleshooting and resolving problems with graphic files
  • Working on Laser and Sublimation machines when needed
  • Analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending corrective actions
Requirements
  • Adobe Illustrator experience required, 1+ year minimum
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills required, 1+ year minimum
  • Apparel, pattern knowledge, and/or experience using pattern software (i.e., CAD, Optitex, Gerber) a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills along with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess solid organizational skills
