Workers Compensation Claims Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director, Workers Compensation to join our team in New York/New Jersey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, as well as growing Dane Street's wallet share with existing national and local clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of relationship-building skills and motivation to significantly impact Dane Street's sales growth targets within the local market. They will also have a strong understanding of the workers' compensation industry and the ability to communicate effectively with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and high-performance culture company that provides customized Independent Medical Exams and Peer Review programs to its clients. We process over 200,000 insurance claims annually for leading national and regional Workers' Compensation, Disability, Auto, and Group Health Carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Bldies and maintains strong relationships with clients, adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
