Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure seamless treatment planning and implementation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by being empathetic, knowledgeable, and proactive in resolving issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, foster trust, and encourage loyalty through consistent and respectful interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.
  • Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus.
