Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coach a team of educators who are passionate about providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
  • Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience and instill the Right At School footprint.
  • Manage and maintain safety standards, including supervision and program paperwork.
  • Participate in local community events to promote the Right At School brand and values.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience supervising others and working with children.
  • High school diploma or GED completed.
  • Coursework or training in child development and/or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, and Health Certificate with Negative TB Test.

Right At School offers a competitive hourly rate of $19-22.50, based on education and experience. This is a part-time position, requiring a split shift, Monday-Friday, with estimated times of 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:45-6:00 PM.
