Front Desk Operations Specialist

In this pivotal role as Guest Services Ambassador (GSA), you will be the face of Sandpiper Property Management, LLC, providing top-notch guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. With your exceptional customer service skills and ability to multitask, you will excel in conducting front desk operations and addressing guest inquiries with poise and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver world-class guest service by anticipating and meeting their needs with a smile.
• Conduct daily inspections of studios and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Stay calm and composed in emergency situations, responding promptly and according to procedure.
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
• Document work activity accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with laundry duties, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in various areas of the business.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by supervision to contribute to the team's success.
