Job Overview

This position involves working with oncology patients and their families to provide support and guidance throughout their care journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with patient care needs and developing treatment plans
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and families
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an NP or PA, preferably in Oncology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Guaranteed first-year income: $131,123.00 - $166,150.00
  • Employment Bonus/Relocation stipend
  • Robust Clinician Wellbeing Program
  • CME: up to $3,300 and 5 days per calendar year
