We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As the primary property sales representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, offering refreshments, and selling property benefits. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Leasing Functions: Sell property benefits, request deposits, and perform all leasing functions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Communication: Respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident and leasing records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions to provide valuable insights to customers and residents.
- Team Collaboration: Assist other employees in any apartment management functions to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Competitive Salary: $20/hour + bonus
