We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Grand Peaks Property. As the primary property sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless leasing experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers, offer refreshments, and provide information about our properties and services.
- Leasing Functions: Sell property benefits, request deposits, and perform all leasing-related tasks.
- Communication: Respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident and leasing records, including welcome cards and traffic reports.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends and conditions, and update the Market Survey monthly.
- Team Collaboration: Assist other employees with apartment management functions and use the golf cart safely and legally.
- Competitive Salary: $20/hour + bonus
