Key Responsibilities- Brand Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create products that fit the brand's vision, drive day-to-day line development for assigned brands, and manage key development milestones and financial objectives.
- Project Management: Utilize project management software for assigned projects, coordinate design approvals with licensors and stakeholders throughout the development process, and communicate project status, updates, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions around product development and customer execution, analyze sales data, understand the competition, and current industry trends to aid in product line architecture and development.
- Brand Strategy: Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights, and co-develop targeted retail exclusives plans with the Business Director, assist in brand and product strategies, including themes and positioning, for every product development season.
- Leadership: Lead point of contact and communication with cross-functional teams for assigned brands throughout the brand planning and product development phase, ensure brand integrity and development schedules are kept on track, and verify that all outsourced work is quoted in a timely fashion and approved prior to work performed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an industry-relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of product development, product management, brand development, licensing, project management, or relevant experience, 5+ years of experience in a consumer products industry, and 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite, knowledge of digital rights management systems, creative out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for innovation, able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Salary: A salary range of $107,755 - $130,000 per year (actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location).
